The Beneficiaries Only report lists employees with elections in beneficiary-eligible benefit types, including plan election details and primary and contingent beneficiary information. When Dependent Info is set to Include, the report also adds spouse and child rows.
Who can generate this report
Employers with Benefits enabled can generate this report. Benefits Feature Admins with Benefits access can generate it for the subgroups they can access. Brokers can generate it for an employer from that employer's reports. Users masquerading as the employer use the employer path.
To generate the Beneficiaries Only report:
- Select Reports in the top navigation menu.
- Select Standard in the secondary navigation menu.
- Select Beneficiaries Only in the Standard Reports list.
- Under Subgroups, select one or more subgroups, or select All Subgroups.
- Under Benefit Types, select one or more beneficiary-eligible benefit types offered by the employer, or select All Benefit Types.
- Under Dependent Info, select Include or Exclude.
- In Send Report To, enter or confirm the email address that should receive the download link.
- Select Generate & send.
BerniePortal emails a download link to the address in Send Report To.
