Beneficiaries Only Report

The "Beneficiaries Only" report:
  1. Is useful for retrieving information on employee beneficiaries (if the employee has elected a benefit that requires beneficiary assignment).
  2. Includes: Employee election information for benefits that require beneficiaries to be named, along with primary and secondary beneficiary information.

How to generate a "Beneficiaries Only" Report:
  1. Select the "Reports" tab in the top navigation menu.
  2. Select "Beneficiaries Only" from the Standard Reports listing. 
  3. Select the Subgroups that correspond to the data needed.
  4. Select the Benefit Types that correspond to the data needed.
  5. Select whether or not you'd like to include Dependent Info on the report.
  6. Enter the email address to indicate the contact that will receive the report.

  7. The designated contact will receive an email to download the report.
