Audit Log

The Audit Log records trackable system activity in BerniePortal—such as benefit enrollments and employee terminations—including who made the change and when.

Who can access the Audit Log

Employers and Compliance Feature Admins can open the Audit Log when Compliance is enabled for the organization.

  • Compliance Free shows activity from the previous fourteen days.
  • Compliance Premium and Compliance Ultimate show the full Audit Log history.

To access the Audit Log:
  1. Select Compliance in the top navigation.
  2. Select Audit Log in the secondary navigation.
To filter the Audit Log:
  1. Optionally choose an Event Type from the dropdown, enter a name in the User field, and/or enter a Date Range using the MM/DD/YYYY start and end fields.
  2. Select Search.
On Compliance Free, BerniePortal shows Purchase Compliance Premium when you reach the end of the fourteen-day Audit Log results.
