Assigning Offboarding Checklists

Assigning an Offboarding Checklist is seamlessly integrated with the action of terminating an employee. 


To assign an Offboarding Checklist:

  1. Navigate to the "Employees" list. 
  2. Locate the employee who should be terminated - and assigned an Offboarding Checklist - hover over their action wheel, and select "Terminate."

  3. Enter the termination date and select a reason. 
  4. Select an Offboarding Checklist from the available options.

  5. Select "Terminate."
  6. The employee will now display in the "Terminated" status. 
  7. The employee will also be listed under the "Checklists" section of the "To Do" list on the home page
