Ask Why Waived Health Coverage Settings

When the “Ask why waived health coverage” setting is turned on, employees will be asked to enter a reason for waiving their health insurance. Default reasons will generate from the list below (Spousal Coverage, Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, Other), in addition to any custom reasons added.

To edit and/or create new health waive reasons:
  1. Select the "Benefits" tab in the top navigation bar. 
  2. Select the "Settings" tab in the secondary navigation bar. 
  3. Select "Waived Health Coverage" from the left side menu.

  4. Select and drag the dots to the left of each reason to adjust the order.

  5. Enter the new option in the "Reason" field, then select "Add."
