Review applicant counts by published job and hiring stage, plus applications by month, on your Home dashboard under STATS.
Employers with Recruiting (not Free Recruiting) and Feature Admins with Recruiting access can use these charts.
To review Applicants stats:
- Select Home in the top navigation.
- Under STATS, select the Applicants tab.
- Optionally, next to Show data for, select a timeframe: the current year, the previous year, Last 12 months, Last 24 months, Last 36 months, Last 48 months, or Last 60 months. Changing the timeframe reloads both charts for that period.
- Review the Candidates per Job chart. Each bar is a published job; the color legend shows your hiring stages and how many applicants are in each stage.
- Below that chart, review Candidate Pipeline, which shows applications by month for the selected timeframe. Hover a point to see the monthly total.
Candidates per Job only includes published jobs. Candidate Pipeline counts applications in the selected timeframe across jobs.
