Age Report
The "Age" report:
- Use: Determining when employees reach specific ages (e.g. when a dependent child turns 26 and can no longer be covered by a parent's health insurance).
- Includes: All employees, spouses, or dependents who reach a certain age within the next month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months.
How to generate an "Age" Report:
- Select the "Reports" tab in the top navigation menu.
- Select "Age" from the Standard Reports listing.
- Select Employees, Spouses, Dependents, or All from the “Show” dropdown.
- Enter an age in the “Who is turning this age” field.
- Select a timeframe in the “In the next” dropdown.
- Select the Benefit Types for which data is needed.
- Enter the email address to indicate the contact that will receive the report.
- The designated will receive an email to download the report.
