Use the Age report to find employees, spouses, or dependent children who will turn a specific age within a chosen timeframe and who are enrolled in at least one selected Benefit Type — for example, when a dependent child turns 26 and ages off a parent's health coverage.
Who can generate this report
Employers, Feature Admins, and Brokers (including Agency and Service Team Members with employer report access) who can open Reports for the employer.
How to generate an Age report
- Select Reports in the top navigation.
- Select Standard in the secondary navigation.
- Select Age from the Standard Reports listing. The Generate an Age Report modal opens.
- In Show, select Employees, Spouses, Dependents, or All. Dependents covers dependent children; spouses are a separate option.
- In Who are turning this age, enter the age.
- In In the next, select 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months.
- Under Who are enrolled in at least one of the following Benefit Types, select All or one or more Benefit Types. Only Benefit Types with a current offer for the employer appear.
- In Send Report To, enter the email address that should receive the report.
- Select Generate & Send.
BerniePortal emails that address a link to download the CSV. The file lists matching people as Employee, Spouse, or Child, with first name, last name, and birthdate.
