Our clients are reaching out asking how they can easily see how many employees they had each month.  This information is especially important when completing group size surveys for the medical carriers to determine whether they are deemed to be large group or small group at renewal time.  

The information could be tracked and included in the dashboard for "onboarding" and "turnover"  if you just included the starting total number for each month.  For example:  January 57 employees, 7 New Hires, 2 Terminations.  

It would be even better if this was a standard report and not just on the dashboard if developed.
