When there is an election due to a change in Status

moving from Part time to full time- there should be a way to indicate that or to see that in the portal.

On the election sheet it could say, change in sub group with the date.  Or as well as having the hire date, there could be an eligibility date.

This way when the elections come through, there is no question on why.
