Add the ability to categorize applicants with checkboxes that allow the Recruiter to pick which candidates receives which messages or send messages to all candidates in a given hiring stage. For example, if I have 100 applicants and have reviewed 25 of them, and those 25 are unqualified, I want to be able to select and send those 25 candidates a message.
