It would be helpful to be able to run a keyword search through past 1:1 messages under the Performance tab to quickly find a conversation in a previous message.  This could be nice for looking back at quarterly goals or perhaps a note on an old project.

I could see this being really helpful for managers who need to look back through multiple employee conversations.
