Salary Driven premium Changing in BP now Even when setting is At Plan Anniversary -Confusing

Although my client's STD policy is set for Salary Changes to not effect premiums until the Plan Anniversary Date, BP is changing the deduction and dating the change for the anniversary date which is 10 months out.  The individuals personal account shows the updated 2024 pay deduction, the All Data report shows the 2024 deduction amount, the most recent election sheet shows the 2024 amount, the only report I've found that accurately shows what the deduction should be is the Eligibility report.  This is incredibly confusing for the employer and the employee.

Yes, BP has the change date stamped 2024, but even detail orientated people aren't likely to catch this.

Our client is using BP for their 1095 for the coming year.  It's my understanding that they must update salary information to keep that report accurate.  They have 400+ benefit eligible staff 80% of which are hourly with constantly changing salaries, having STD deductions that are reflecting Next Year's cost is a logistical nightmare.

For those that ask why not change the DI contract to have the change effective the date of salary change, each salary change would require updates in 3 systems and a reach out to the staff member about the deduction change.  An HR team of 2 serving 800+ FT & PT staff doesn't need to add that kind of busy work to their plates.

Any suggestions on making this more efficient for the group would be welcome.
