It would be nice as a broker to have the ability to run one report on all our clients at the same time that would give us a list of employees in "Onboarding or Awaiting Election" status and their effective date.

For us, it would be helpful as a way to add another "touch" at the first of each month as a reminder to make sure these employees make their benefit elections.
