The number one correction we have to request during enrollments is for employees to name someone other than themselves as their beneficiary for the life insurance on the employee.     The defaulted relationship is "Self", so some don't pay attention to what they're completing and just put their information there.   If the option for self could be removed on just the Employee's coverage, that would be great! 

It would also be helpful if there was a message at the top of the screen that explained the definition of a beneficiary and contingent beneficiary.  Many people do not understand those terms.
