There is no email that is sent to the Interested or Employee when an employee has been Reinstated/Made Mistake.  So if an employee is terminated there is not a way of knowing of if the employer made a  reinstated/made mistake action on this employee without running a report.  There needs to be an email sent to the employee and the interested part when this happens.
