Red checkmarks rather than blue when questions on a benefit plan are not answered
I would love it if the blue checkmark for a benefit plan would turn red if there is something missing from that plan (election or unanswered question from carrier form) so that it indicates to the enrollee why they cannot move forward with their enrollment.
I just had this on a group this week as we were running through the test employee there was a question that was not answered on one benefit plan and the enrollment would not let me progress forward but also didn't tell me why or that there was an error, it just wouldn't move forward. This is a trip up for employees so we usually just have those questions removed from the carrier form mapping but it would be nice not to have to do that and have the portal alert the enrollee as to what the issue is or even just the benefit that is the issue rather than just not moving forward.
