Part Time to Full Time Hire Dates - Need to Show Both

Currently, there is no way for the system to recognize an employee that is ineligible due to minimum hours, then becomes eligible. The system does not have a spot for Original Hire Date and Full Time Hire Date so the enrollment comes across with a sheet that shows a regular enrollment but looks like a late enrollee.

Example: Employee is hired 9/22/2022 and is added to Not Assigned subgroup because they are Part Time and not eligible. Then, they become eligible and start full time hours on 2/8/2024 and are moved from the Not Assigned subgroup to the correct subgroup for enrollment. The employer uses the full time hire date of 2/8/2024 as the date of the change and the effective date on the sheet shows 3/1/2024 which is their correct effective date, however, there is no way to see that they are a PT to FT employee because there is no where to show their full time hire date. They come across as a late enrollee that is no longer eligible.
