Need Termination PDF's when an employee moves to a new subgroup that doesn't have specific benefits from the latter.
If an employer has multiple subgroups, Bernie does not send termination PDFs if an employee moves to a new subgroup that doesn't have the same benefits available as the previous subgroup.
For example, Full time employees are offered medical, dental and vision. Part time employees are offered dental and vision only. If an employee moves from the full time subgroup to part time subgroup, no termination notification is issued to remove the employee from the medical plan.
We would like a termination PDF to show the benefits the employee is no longer eligible for due to the subgroup change so the Admin knows they were previously enrolled and need to be termed from those benefits.
