Improvements for Custom Onboarding Documents
When we setup a custom onboarding document we're able to add text and ask questions to complete the background form. Sometimes the background form includes images that are helpful to improve employee understanding.
Having the ability to request an upload or restrict the format/# of characters for responses might be helpful.
The challenge that prompts this post: we have a client that will only deposit to one employee bank account, so they cannot use the built-in direct deposit form as it has the option to split between two. They keep running into account/routing number errors. I'm attaching the employee's view in Bernie and the form that's produced in the background to illustrate the challenge.
