Hey- love the new enrollment window feature, but I now understand that it closes out 30 days after the hire date. 

That seems a weird way to set it up with the majority of employer groups having first of the month following (30 or 60 day) waiting period.

-Might I suggest that there is a better way to make this feature more useful?

Lengthen it to 60 days after start

Have options on the time frame set up- 30, 60, 90… FOM 30, FOM 60…
