The new hire enrollment window notification is currently only configured to be sent to the account owner and can't be toggled on or off. An idea would be to allow this notification to also be saved in the "Email Notifications" settings under the account menu. This way, Interested parties can be assigned for those that are preferred to receive these notifications outside of the account owner.
