If an employee's account was mistakenly reopened for a Qualifying Event (QE) or maybe the employee changed their mind & did not want to add newly eligible dependents, we do not currently have the option to simply CANCEL the QE request.  The only way now to resolve this is to make the employee --- or admin masquerading as the employee --- reenroll.  This is tedious and unnecessary!  

BerniePortal could do a simple fix:  Add a CANCEL option for the Employer/Admin to select.  Or add an option for the Employee that says "NO CHANGES, use my previous election sheet."
