Employee Personnel Information - Salary Request

It would be helpful, if BerniePortal could differentiate between the different types of pay. 

Right now, we can set up projects - but we have to provide the full estimated salary amount- even with employees who have a base rate + commission rates. 

BerniePortal should show some sort of differentiation between the estimated amount & current pay amount. 

There also needs to be a way to show:
  1. project rates separately
  2. Ways to track commission 
  3. Some way to track fluctuating rates
