Employee E-Signature for Employer Prompted Changes

Currently, when an employer makes a change that prompts a new election PDF, e.g. salary change, termination, benefit reduction, etc, the PDF shows the Employee E-Signature as if the employee signed off on the change. It would be better if there was no signature on the election PDF.
