We need a way in the system to track a Legal Spouse / Dependents from a Domestic Partner / Dependents.  The reason being is because if a Domestic Partner or their Dependents are enrolled on a benefit plan, then the premiums cannot be taken out on a pre-tax basis per IRS guidelines.
