Two things on the Dashboard: 

1. On the total enrollment wheel, the gray area show "not enrolled" number. This includes "not eligible" employees. It would be better to see the not enrolled number as just those that are eligible. If you have 100 "not eligible" employees with only 5 eligible and enrolled the circle graphs looks wrong.   

2. It would also be super cool if you clicked on the circle and it broke down say medical by plan and class tier. Example would be quick view of how many employees are enrolled in Medical plan 1, employee only, ES, EC, Family.
