All Edit Functions from the Gear on the Employees Profile

You've added a gear option that allows us to masquerade while looking at an employees profile. Can we get additional admin functions under that menu as well?

I'm opening up some W-4s for changes for one of our clients. I have to look at the employees profile to see if they were uploaded (no onboarding docs) or a new hire, as the process to open the W-4 is different for these two situations.
  1. If they didn't previously have a W-4 in Bernie, I have to search for a shortened version of the employees name so they show in the list where I can access the gear menu to manage their onboarding documents. 

The process would be easier if that option was available while I was in their profile too.
