The All-Data Report should include a field for the hourly rate of pay for employees that are paid hourly instead of salaried.  Right now it only shows the calculated annual salary based on the hourly rate times the number of hours worked per week, which makes it look like everyone is salaried. 

Also include this option for Custom Reports.
