Most Ancillary carriers allow new hires or new groups to enroll at their first opportunity without requiring an Evidence of Insurability (EOI).  

Can a flag or alert be added so that this is clear to new hires before they commit to waiving the benefit?

Currently there is some standard language displayed when "Waive" is selected:

      

- it indicates that changes cannot be made until next open enrollment without a QE, but it does not touch on the future EOI requirement.

There is an alert that displays on the Confirmation screen, when an employee who is already enrolled waives & an EOI will be required. BUT nothing is setup for those initial (first) enrollments.
