100% Employer Paid Plans & COBRA
Currently if you have a Non-contributory ancillary plan (Dental/Vision), it will show as 100% Employer Paid when a former employee is enrolling in COBRA. Unless I'm missing something, it means you need to create two separate Dental plans: One that's ER Paid and assigned to the All Employees Subgroup . . One that's contributory and assigned to the COBRA subgroup.
Has anyone else run into this?
