Offer Overview / Prior Offer missing important detail.
When viewing the Offer Overview for a subgroup you see the Prior/Current/Upcoming Offers side by side. Clicking the links take you to the Plan View, which you can always see under the plan list... it would be more helpful to see how the plan was setup
Marital Status
On the page where an employee adds their dependent information, I believe that Spouse is not the right title. This individual could be a domestic partner and the employee should be able to indicate such on this page using a field that could be more easily
Age Banded Premium Uploads
I would like the Bernie Operations team to be able to upload age banded rate files instead of having to cut and paste 51 rates per plan. It is too slow and error prone to both enter and proof.
Allow Renewal Dates to be on the 15th of a Month
We have several groups that renew on the 15th of a month, but this is not an option in BP. Would love to have that option. Also option to allow 1 Open Enrollment for 2 effective dates that are within a month of each other.
Masquerading- Service Team Sign Off
There should be an option to click a button for Admin Approval instead of e-signing when Service Team/Employer Masquerades as an Employee to make elections. Have has people concerned that their signature was being "forged".
EOI Triggered by Age
We need BP to allow for an age limit triggering EOI. I recently had a new employee enrollment that enrolled his spouse on VTL and AD&D. EOI was triggered because the contract states any spouse over 60 is subject to EOI.
force waiver/enrollment window
Hey- love the new enrollment window feature, but I now understand that it closes out 30 days after the hire date. That seems a weird way to set it up with the majority of employer groups having first of the month following (30 or 60 day) waiting period.
Ability to show monthly vs per pay period cost during open enrollment

100% Employer Paid Plans & COBRA
Currently if you have a Non-contributory ancillary plan (Dental/Vision), it will show as 100% Employer Paid when a former employee is enrolling in COBRA. Unless I'm missing something, it means you need to create two separate Dental plans: One that's ER
EOI approval - change to allow a different amount for approval if Carrier approves a different amount
If carrier approves an amount other than the requested amount it would be very helpful to enter the accepted amount instead of just the current 2 options of accept/deny.

Enrollment Status for COBRA Waivers
Eligible employees that WAIVE all COBRA coverage should stay in "Terminated" status instead of moving to "COBRA" status. It will provide an easier way to identify active COBRA members that are enrolled in COBRA coverage.
